As a three-time CEO, President, and General Manager, he has proven success in media: during his recent role as EVP/GM at A+E Networks, he oversaw the creation of the #1 show on Facebook (50 million views/episode), the #2 show on Snapchat (80 million views), multiple hit shows on YouTube (70 million views), and many successful branded content advertising campaigns, while growing A+E’s overall digital video audience by hundreds of millions of views. Simultaneously, he ran FYI, one of A+E’s cable networks.

Similarly, as CEO of CollegeHumor, he grew traffic by billions of views to make the company the #7 YouTube channel while tripling revenue, and as CEO of Nylon, he grew revenue 150% and digital audience 15x year-over-year.

Prior, Paul was President, Digital, of Time Inc.’s lifestyle brands; President of SFX; EVP/GM of TV Guide Digital; and VP of Business Operations at MTV.com. He began his career as a sports announcer on 1010 WINS in NYC.

Vincent ("Vince") Peone is a six time Webby award-winning director, writer, producer, and cinematographer. Vincent pioneered web content as a founding member of CollegeHumor original video. There he created 2,000 videos, helping elevate CollegeHumor to one of YouTube's top comedy channels reaching viewership in the billions.

When he's not making commercials and branded content, Vince directs everything from Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson crashing fashion runways to helping Paramount announce Zoolander 2 to Broad City Christmas specials to TruTV's Adam Ruins Everything to Emmy nominated ABC series starring Modern Family's Ty Burrell.

In 2017, Vince directed Matt Damon/Peter Berg's upcoming Netflix show, The Green Beret's Guide to Surviving the Apocalypse, produced two seasons of Viceland's Most Expensivist (based on the web series he created and directed) and directed Meryl Streep and Anna Wintour in a short film he wrote about their first meeting since Meryl portrayed Anna in The Devil Wears Prada. Vincent also helped create Vogue's 73 Questions, a series he shoots and produces.
