As a three-time CEO with a proven track record of growth across multiple companies, he has deep expertise in digital video creation, monetization, and distribution. He has held roles as CEO of CollegeHumor, where he grew it to be the #7 YouTube channel in the world, CEO of Nylon, growing revenue 150% and audience 15x, and EVP/GM at A+E Networks, where he oversaw the creation of the #2 show on Snapchat (80 million views/episode) and multiple hit shows on YouTube. Lauren is an award-winning producer with a strong background in both digital and linear media and deep experience across multiple genres and platforms. Most recently, Lauren was the Vice President, Short-Form for Lifetime, where she led the creative execution, production and development of branded and original short-form content across the network’s linear and digital platforms. She began her career producing long-form series and specials for ABC, NBC, Bravo, E!, MTV, Lifetime, Food Network, and Cooking Channel.

Aaron is a creative Swiss Army knife, having delivered over 1,000 pieces of content across the fashion, sports, and lifestyle categories. With a range from advertising to editorial content, his clients run the gamut from Nike to McDonald’s, Bayern Munich to NY Rangers, and Paper Magazine to Vanity Fair. Aaron has produced content across 6 continents and can handle full-scale commercial to 1-man-army style productions. Write, direct, produce, edit – he’s done it all.
